Teachers and students of Silk Road School visit Suzhou Embroidery Research Institute
On the afternoon of May 31st, Silk Road School international students from Russia, Rwanda visited the Suzhou Embroidery Research Institute, a state-level intangible cultural heritage protection unit, to learn about the development process of intangible cultural heritage Suzhou embroidery and the expression techniques of Suzhou embroidery skills.

Silk Road School welcomes 2022 together
On December 30th, the New Year welcome event of Silk Road School was successfully held in the Student Event Room of the University library. Professor Jiang Xiaoli, Deputy Dean of Silk Road School, Dr. Zhu Fengyu, Director of Teaching Management Office of Silk Road School, Associate Professor Jiang Feng of International School and international students from Russia, Dominica, Rwanda and other countries participated in this event.

Culture Visits:Students of Silk Road School Visited Taihu Snow Sericulture Culture Park
On December 21st, Prof. Jiang Xiaoli, Deputy Dean of Silk Road School led a team to Zhenze Town, thebeautiful shore of Taihu Lake and the hometown of silk quilts, to visit Taihu Snow Sericulture Culture Park, and to learn about silkworms. Learning about silk production included knowledge of breeding and silk weaving technology, understand the origin of silk culture and development of the "Silk Road". Silk Road School international students from Bangladesh, Russia and other countries participated in this educational trip.
